4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to the customer data, contacts, and business information you upload to Teadiqo. By using our platform, you grant Teadiqo a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve our AI services. Our AI models learn from aggregated and anonymized data patterns, but we never share your specific business data with third parties without your explicit consent. 5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Teadiqo platform, including but not limited to our proprietary AI algorithms, software code, design elements, trademarks, logos, and graphics, are owned exclusively by Teadiqo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written authorization.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Teadiqo for any of the following prohibited activities: sending spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or deceptive communications; storing or processing sensitive personal information without proper consent; engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal business practices; attempting to bypass our security measures or access restricted areas of the platform; using Teadiqo to harass, threaten, or harm others; or violating any applicable local, state, or federal laws.

7. Termination and Suspension

Teadiqo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or harms our platform, other users, or our business interests. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services, and we may delete your account data subject to our data retention policies. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Teadiqo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Teadiqo does not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases from using our AI CRM.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teadiqo and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Teadiqo during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teadiqo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Teadiqo shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oviedo, Florida, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
